To enroll your child, follow the steps in the following form.

1. 1. Fill in the information corresponding to the child's data with date of birth and sport category.
   2. Then you must fill in the information of the legal guardian with the information of the account number where the monthly fee will be domiciled.
   3. Read carefully the conditions of the club, sign the registration as you agree to these conditions.
